Customer Update: Coronavirus & Opening Times
Due to all the COVID restrictions our sessions and times will be very different.
Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be no loud music, just background volume, to reduce the need to shout.
There will be no contact games, so we can all observe the social distancing rules.
We kindly ask all our customers to observe the one-way system in the lower seating and cafeteria area.
You can book and pay over the phone to reserve your place. The booking line will be open from 11am to 5pm every day, on 01603 403220. If you call outside these times we may not be able to take your booking. Refunds will only be issued if you cancel before the session starts. After this no refunds will be given.
You can just turn up, but admission is not guaranteed, due to the reduced capacity in place.
We fully understand that this is not what we all want, we will review our policies every two weeks, and hopefully it will only be a short time before we can reintroduce more music and games.
All customers will be asked to submit a contact name and number on entry for the track and track guidance put in place by the government. We hold this information for 21 days.
Face coverings are now MANDATORY whilst visiting us (As per government guidance) for adults and children aged over 11 except for when consuming food, drink or skating.
The play area will Re-Open Tuesday 25th August With Reduced Capacity & COVID-Secure Changes.
The shop will be opened on request.
We cannot take party bookings, but group booking will be greatly received, but there will be no reserved tables at this time.
Please sanities your hands upon entry. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.
Please remember to wash your hands regularly.
All food orders placed in our café will be delivered to your table. All tables and chairs are not to be moved.
Thank you to all our customers, old and new for your continued support in these very trying times.
We will be back to normal as soon we are able to do it safely.
